Flashbacks!!!

Happy Birthday Brooke!

Today it's been 4 YEARS since our little BrookeLynn has come into our lives! I still cannot believe it. I see her baby pictures all the time and wonder where my baby went! Here she is trying to be a the biggest girl she possibly can be! She is extremely smart and always has been! She acts like a teenager and has quite the attitude but it definately makes her who she is. She loves pink, shoes, flowers, dressing in many different clothes within a matter of minutes, climbing trees, jumping on trampolines, swinging, playing in the dirt, drawing, barbies, Dora, and Tinkerbell, playing with animals, camping, and going for 4 wheeler rides. She is definitely a well rounded girl! She is a mommies girl but also working her way to a daddies girl! She loves her aunts and uncles especially Sena and Amy and Skyler and Nolan when they come and stay. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. And one day she will have her little brother and/or sister she keeps talking about! And she will be an awesome big sister!! We love you Brookie and hope this day will be an awesome one for you!

Camping

This last weekend we went camping with Mike's parents and brothers. It was pretty fun even with it raining! Mike's nephew was the only one who caught any fish and he caught 2. Here are some pics.

Hair Cut

So I have to love my daughter. Last Friday I was working on my lesson for Sunday in the living room (where there is also tons of boxes everywhere.... I started packing the things we don't need to use so that would be done, so I really don't like her in there...too much playing and taking things out) Well Brooke climbed the counter in the bathroom and found the scissors. When I seen her in the hall this is what she looked like.


And when I walked into the bathroom this is what it looked like.


Evidently, I haven't gotten my butt in gear fast enough for her. I have been meaning to make appt for her and I to get our hairs cut; however, I haven't done it. Brooke decided to take the matter into her own hands I guess. So needless to say we had an emergency hair cut that night. Thank you Becky!! Anyway this is her now!
