Bunnies

We had decided awhile ago to get new bunnies because the ones we have have really bad earmite problems and they really do not like humans. So it has been hard for any of us to play with them. We found some new bunnies in Lehi we liked so we went up for part of the weekend to get our two new bunnies and do some shopping. These rabbits are a mix between a rex and a lop and the family held them all the time. They are so cute and fun!! They are still a little leery of us, but hopefully with time they'll overcome that problem.
We decided (or I should say Mike decided, he came up with the idea) to name these two Charly and Lola. We still don't know if they are male or female so we'll have to adjust if they both end up males. Charly is the blue one and fiesty, likes to be free and wonder everywhere. Lola likes to be held as long as you are petting her otherwise she'd rather be exploring too. She is white with a tan brown along the edges of her ears, her nose her feet and her tail, she's small but eats a LOT. Brooke loves them and always wants them to play.
We had to come back early on Saturday because of my last ward activity I had to help with before they released me. So we weren't able to stay as long as Mike would have liked. We both were glad to get away for a couple days.
Okay so I forgot the camera again so I'm just posting this and will post pictures later.

Good News-Not so Good-Bad News

Some of you may know and most of you may not. Some news travels fast. A couple of weeks ago we found out for sure that we were expecting a baby in the middle of November. We were so excited!! Brooke even had it in her head that I was having both a boy and a girl. And she has been ecstatic to say the least!!!

Well after many many blood tests and an ultrasound later..... I have definitely miscarried. So this is why I have been kind of slacking. I had been sick mostly at night and tired a lot. When we would come over to Mike's parents' I would forget the camera and cord. And just didn't feel up to doing much.

Anyway we hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Easter holiday. And we hope Hagen had a great 2nd birthday and Nancy an awesome birthday as well!!
And on a better note. I was recently called as the new miamaid advisor. I am actually really excited and nervous for this calling.

Mike's nephews had a blast running the lawn mower!! Everytime they come over they ask if they can mow the lawn again!! Last Friday we went to see the baby lamb's. All three love to go to the farm and see the new lamby's.
Saturday afternoon we took them boating on "the pond" by Mike's work. They loved it but Brooke and Ty couldn't wait to get out of the boat. Nate had to go for another spin at the front of the boat with Mike. He had the time of his life!!
We love it when they come over, especially when we have something to do or go do with them.

Two Weeks Ago

So this is late. But two weeks ago my mom's really really good friend (sister like) was married. Here are some pics from that wedding.

Easter

This year Mike's family decided to go down to Mesquite for the annual picnic. While we were there we went miniature golfing too. We went to the park by the baseball field and cemetary. It was pretty and actually wasn't too hot. Well for everyone else. It was still rather warm for me... But we had fun! Here are some pics.
