We decided to head north again for the weekend. This time Mike was able to come with. On the way we met my parents and dropped Sena off with them for the summer. Unfortunately due to time always being against us, yes it really is, Mike's bosses, and kids and just us, oh and road construction, we ended up at my sister's at just after midnight. Hey but a good thing, Mike drove the whole way.... If you know my husband he will NOT drive in the city. If he starts out driving he will make sure to stop somewhere so I can drive. And we made it there safely. Maybe those of you who drive up there know that it actually gets busy around midnight....lol. Anyway.... We did Brooke's birthday shopping, and other shopping, new tires for my car (finally) and went up to a friend, Julie's wedding reception, which was beautiful and she looked Amazing as well! Ryan took us to eat lunch a great place in Orem I think (i have no idea where the boundaries are for Provo & Orem), called Tommy's Burgers. Ryan had a company dinner so he didn't join us for the reception and dinner afterwards. But it was a fun trip. The girls and I went to Sacrament meeting with them. Then we departed towards home. Brooke wanted to go the mall, so we stopped at the Provo Mall for a little bit. And we happened to see one of my best friends in high school, Mariah. It was so awesome to see her!! It has been over 6 years since I seen her last, we live at opposite rends of the state. I wish we would have had more time to be able to catch up. but just seeing her was better than not. She is as beautiful as ever and her girls look just like her!
It's fun to go up and spend time with family. We can't wait to make a trip up for the zoo a little later in the year.

Glad you had a good trip. What a great surprise to run into Mariah at the mall. :) Love & miss ya friend. Lets plan something this summer.
