A Beautiful Sealing

Last Monday we, minus Mike, headed north to my sister's. We dropped off my car for my dad, who had to work that night, and rode up with my mom and other siblings the rest of the way. We got up there a little late and woke up early to head for the temple. They took their endowments out that morning, of which I was able to be there for. It was beautiful! The Mt. Timpanogous temple is very beautiful, even though I felt turned around half the time.
When we left the house it was sprinkling, the rain picked up a little bit, however, I swear as soon as we stepped out of the car it started raining good. We were hurrying as fast as possible to the temple entrance so as not to get soaked. When we were finished with the session they brought us right to the sealing room, where everyone else they invited was there waiting. They had good support from their ward. Our cousin/friend Jim R. and his wife attended both, Ryan's grandparents, parents and couple other relatives were there as well as our mom and Uncle Jim and Anne, and cousin  Jenna. It was so good to see them!!! Shilo was happy to have uncle Jim be able to be there. She said when she walked into the sealing room and seen him, it made her cry then she knelt on the side facing him which really made her cry. I haven't seen them for quite awhile.
My parents spent some time with them later, I would love to have gone with, but my adorable 5 year old has seemed to carry every sickness anyone brings to school and then she had a little bit of a cough that would come through. I was not about to take any chances and bring something to make Jim sick again. I would feel horrible.
So Shilo was a bit worried about the weather the whole time. Well once we head outside to take some pictures it's raining again. A few people said it has to be good luck though, which I think helped Shilo's viewpoint. While trying to get a group picture of everyone still there, it starts hailing on us! Yes hail. It was wonderful and a little cold! But it really was a good day, a beautiful day!!
During their bbq... yes it rained. Ryan retrieved a big open tent from work which everyone stayed under and they still had a great turn out!  I am so happy for them. I didn't take much pictures, I left my camera in their vehicle during the temple, and then was playing with my dad's new camera for the bbq. Yeah I wasn't much help this time. Sorry Shi.

Dad came straight from work (graveyard). He was a little bit tired!
